To answer your Qs, you would get a link to download a file, that is the "Expert Advisor" which you upload to your MT5 trading terminal. A VPS is not strictly necessary but highly recommendable to avoid having your home computer on Mon-Fri nonstop and it also gives shorter time lag (latency) between the terminal and the trade server. Getting a VPS through MQL5 is not the best choice as I've heard it can cause difficulties for this type of EA. Search the web and find a VPS to your liking and budget. About updates (if any), those would come from the clubbingbuy page where you received the download link. Hope this helps.
