I believe unless the seller sells the ea off market then yes. But with mt5 from mql5 is almost impossible. Ask @admin or @bestmen Last time I asked they said it is impossible.
 
Yes, mt5 sold in MQL5 has never been unlocked till date even by the best of crackers anywhere including on Telegram. The best ones on Telegram have told me that they cannot do it and they do not know of anyone who can do it for mt5 released on mql5. If the mt5 was sold outside mql5, they can crack that.

We are probably thinking of the same person. Lol
 
The 30-40% equity cut will happen to both MT4/MT5 though. SL of 12000 pips is a bad idea for Gold no matter how great the strategy is. It gives an illusion of very high winning rate, lures in traders until the day of reckoning like this.
