Apex Indicators was working before I reinstall NT how can machine id changed after reinstalling NT8?

I purchase this Apex Indicators back in Dec 2025. It stop working this July 2026. This has happen before making this second time I had to re-purchase the product. The last time I was told by you Goodmen that the programmer was asking $40.00 for an update version, which I did pay. So I assume that there is another upgrade ,why the Apex Indicators crash and erased all the indicators in my NT8 , just like the last time. Could you so kindly check with the programmer and explain this situation to him so we can come to an agreement of getting me a new updated version of Apex Indicators. I will appreciate it . Thank you.
