TradingView Free Trial Guide

Unlike FX Replay, this isn’t for lifetime access. You can definitely do this for 6 months or more, depending on your situation.

The only downside is that you’ll have to adjust your TradingView settings each time, because you’ll need to create a new account.

Step 1 — Go to TradingView

Head to:

https://www.tradingview.com/

Step 2 — Log Out & Clear Cookies

Log out of your current TradingView account.

Then clear your browser cookies.

⚠️ This is important. If you don’t delete the cookies, the free trial may not show up.

Step 3 — Choose Your Free Trial

Pick whichever free trial you want.

I recommend Premium, since it gives us the most features and is usually the most expensive plan for the 30-day trial.

Step 4 — Create Your Account

Enter your name and other information normally.

Having multiple TradingView accounts under the same name isn’t an issue.

Step 5 — Add Your Card

This is the tricky part.

TradingView may not allow the same card to be used for another free trial.

If you’ve already used your card for a previous trial, you may need to use another payment method that you're legitimately allowed to use.

For example, if you have another eligible card, you can use that instead.

Important: Only use payment methods you have permission to use, and remember that the trial will normally convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel it in time.

Step 6 — Set Up TradingView Again

Once your new account is ready, adjust your TradingView settings back to how you had them before.

Set everything up so you’re comfortable using the platform again.

Step 7 — THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP 🚨

WRITE DOWN WHEN YOUR FREE TRIAL ENDS!

Seriously — DO NOT FORGET THIS.

If you don’t cancel the trial before it ends, you can be charged for the subscription.

Put the date somewhere you will actually remember:

  • 📅 Your phone calendar
  • ⏰ A reminder
  • 📝 Your notes app
  • 📓 Your journal

I recommend setting the reminder for at least 1–2 days before the trial ends.

That way, you have time to cancel before you get charged.

⚠️ One important thing

Before relying on the trial, check TradingView’s current cancellation terms. Some free trials can end immediately when cancelled, meaning you may lose the trial features right away.

So don't wait until the last minute, but also make sure you understand exactly what happens when you cancel.

The goal is simple:

Create account → Set everything up → Use the trial → Set a reminder → Cancel before you're charged.
